Warehouse Supervisor
Jawa Barat - Bekasi

Responsibilities:

• 3-5 years experience in warehousing or logistics with 2-4 of those years in a supervisory
  capacity
• Strong customer service, communication, organizational, analytical, supervisory, and

  leadership skills.
• Must possess the following traits: proactive, risk taker, change agent, strong sense
  of courage, strong interpersonal, communication, and team building skills.
• Supervise and assist in daily warehouse and shipping areas including:Filling, ensuring accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation, receiving incoming material and routing to appropriate area or personnel, filling work orders from production, packaging assemblies and receiving into finished goods.
• Ensuring inventory transactions are accurately logged
• Overseeing cycle counts and reconciliation activities.
• Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of the department activities.
• Establishing or adjusting work procedures to meet warehouse demands
• Maintains storage area by organizing floor space
• Able to supervise until 5 persons

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Access, Tally, BAAN ERP System. (optional)
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia (compulsory)
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bekasi.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
