PT. Glotan Sentra Universal established on October 15, 2002 by Mr. Nelson Napitupulu which was pioneered by him since 2002 until now, within that period time PT. Universal Sentra Glotan did not do much project since he has not been fully plunge in the company because he is still active in various Companies Telecommunications Vendors such as: Siemens, Ericsson and Protelindo.

In the implementation, PT. Glotan Sentra Universal also working on optical fiber cable network project of Nokia Siemens Networks (Fiber Optic Network Project XL Back Bone Kalimantan) as a partner of PT. Rayateh UTC. PT. Glotan Sentra Universal has many resources and tools in the field of Fiber Optics. Mr. Nelson himself has a well experience in handling various of Fibre Optic Project in Indonesia.

With accordance to his sufficient experience and many resources that are owned by the company, Mr. Nelson Napitupulu has been decided to lead PT. Glotan Sentra Universal engaged in various telecommunications projects in Indonesia.
