Responsibilities:
- Organize induction activity (introduction process to new employees for them to settle down faster)
- Organize training to new employees in the most efficient and effective ways (system, products etc.)
- Recruiting and general HR matters (employee's well-being)
- Filtering and conducting interviews and employment etc.
- Creating a good working environment
- In charge of solving employees' concerns
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Surabaya.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
