Software Engineer Jawa Timur - Surabaya
Responsibilities:
An intellectually rewarding software development position with a software company in Surabaya with projects in the mobile and web applications space that requires sharp programming skills, love of learning new things fast, and creativity. You will be exposed to working on some parts of our architecture: nodejs, html5, sql/nosql/resql, or our dynamic mobile/web UI rendering stacks, Android/iOS frameworks. You will be learning alongside experienced founders who have worked in Silicon Valley USA, China, and Canada (including RIM the Blackberry maker) and you will be working among smart and fun team members.
Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
Passion or very high interest for the software/IT field
Smart (able to produce high quality work) and always get things done (produce that best work efficiently)
Solid computer science background* with mastery of data structure, algorithms. Mastery of OS and distributed systems are a plus.
Proficient in at least one of major modern languages: Javascript, Java, C, PHP, Python, C/C++, etc.
Bonus Qualifications:
Experience in software development work
Expertise in Linux
Respect for software engineering: design, quality, testing, maintainability of code
Intellectually curious: keeping up to date with latest technologies (languages, frameworks, products), personal projects, contribution to the open source
