Trainer - Surabaya
Surabaya (Jawa Timur)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver product knowledge and selling skills to sales force
- Translate training material
- Conduct beauty seminar /workshop
- Take part in selecting and recruiting new potential Beauty Specialist
- Evaluate monthly appraisal of sales force
- Handle customer complaint regarding products
- Provide some reports needed by the management and the principal
Requirements:
- Female, age between 25 -32
- Diploma or Bachelor degree from any major
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Experiences in the same position min. 1-2 years (esp. in retail field)
- Confidence, well groomed, hardworking & responsible
- Based in Surabaya
- Willing to travel domestic & overseas
